1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India. Orders below ₹999 will incur a standard shipping charge at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
4. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track your order anytime at Track My Order.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fitindia@silverbacknutrition.in with your order ID and photos of the damaged product. We will resolve it promptly.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. SilverBack Nutrition is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
