We strive to provide the best quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund.

Eligibility for Return

You are eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, or expired upon delivery.
  • You received a wrong product or wrong flavor.
  • The product packaging is unopened and unused.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased under clearance or discounted sales

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If the payment was made via COD (Cash on Delivery), we will initiate a bank transfer refund.
